About this condo rental

Situated in Les Gets, this lovely condo for $91 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. APARTMENT WITH SUNNY TERRACE - MORZINE - 8 PEOPLE - ETOILE FILANTE 1 **THE OWNER AGREES TO THE MULTIPASS 2024** Apartment 8 pers - 78m² on the ground floor Rated 3 flocons according to our quality charter Chalet ideally located between the shops in the center of the resort of Morzine at 500 m from the ski lifts (Super-Morzine gondola for the Avoriaz-Switzerland sector, Pleney for the Morzine-Les Gets sector). The free shuttle bus to the lifts and the resort center passes by every 15 minutes. The apartments are located on the ground floor and are pleasant both in winter, thanks to the proximity of the ski lifts, and in summer, thanks to their individual terraces "out of sight" and yet close to the center of town. The apartment is composed as follows: - 1 Entrance hall with large storage cupboard - 1 Bathroom 4.11 m² with bathtub, shower screen and double sinks - 1 WC - 3 separate bedrooms: One bedroom (7.74m²) with 2 single beds (90 x 190 cm) and cupboard, 1 window with view on street and mountain One bedroom (9.18m²) with 2 bunk beds (90 x 190 cm) and chest of drawers, west facing with street and mountain view One bedroom (9.78m²) with double bed (140 x 190 cm), west facing, street and mountain view, with its adjoining shower room (2.39m²) including a shower, a toilet and a sink. - 1 Large living room (27.75m²) composed as follows: A fully equipped kitchen open to the living room with oven, microwave oven and dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine A living room with sofa, armchair, TV and DVD player A dining room with table and chairs Outside: - Sunny and private terrace in summer accompanied by its garden furniture and barbecue ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: - Pets NOT ALLOWED - WIFI - Raclette set - Private parking not covered - Ski and bike room (4 max) - Bed linen and towels NOT PROVIDED - Comforters and pillows for all beds - Washing machine DETAILED DESCRIPTION : Hard construction of 2004 classified two stars. The accommodation is not part of a condominium. Heating system : Oil-fired boiler. The tenants have the use of the yard. The owners live above the apartment. la luminosité de l'appartement ,la propreté ,des pièces spacieuses ,la proximité de tout , hyper marché , poubelles , l'emplacement avec son parking ,une jolie terrasse , le centre ville assez proche vraiment très satisfait en plus le professionnalisme et la sympathique personne qui nous à accueilli aucun commentaire

L accueil et les informations données par les propriétaires ainsi que leur Marque d attention et leur gentillesse. La région est magnifique L accueil très chaleureux des habitants , des commerçants et de la municipalité réservé aux bikers Le tarif de la location du linge de maison pourrait être établi par lit Pour un couple .

Cela fait maintenant 6 ans que nous prenons nos locations via Alpesloctions et ce fût PARFAIT à chaque fois. Accueil chaleureux, toute l'équipe est agréable, disponible, à votre écoute en cas de besoin, que demander de plus :) Il ne manquait que des tapis de douche mais sinon ce bien est PARFAIT :)

Nous sommes parti à 4, du coup l'appartement est très spacieux et très très bien équipé... La propriétaire habite juste au dessus et est dans le soucis de notre confort, merci à elle pour sa gentillesse. La literie est (trop) ferme, ainsi que les deux canapés, mais là on rentre dans le détail. Habitué à vivre dans une ville zone 30km/h, je suis surpris de voir la route devant le chalet limité à 50km/h, certaine voiture oublies qu'elles sont en villes, mais ce Pb relève de la ville et non du chalet...
