The house was just as advertised, large, clean and perfect for our family weekend. Plenty of room for the entire family. Our children & grand kids. Everyone skied and tubed.

I stayed here with friends to celebrate my birthday. Everyone kept saying how nice the house was when they got there. It was spacious, clean and Eugene was the best host possible! Everything we needed was so close such as resorts and casinos. Will definitely be staying here again in the future and recommending it to anyone looking for a pocono stay.

The place was clean, spacious, and welcoming. We had everything we needed and the special features such as the firepit, hot tub, and outdoor spaces made our stay that much more enjoyable!

My family’ and I stayed at this property be beginning of the month, the house was beautiful, very cozy, and enough space for 15 ranging from 85 to 6 months. My mom is still talking about how beautiful the kitchen was. There were enough pots and utilities provided, which is a huge plus kudos to the owner. Walmart and Aldi was close by, family and I will definitely be back. We loved this place.

Wonderful spot In the Poconos that you really don’t need or want to leave. We traveled for a family get together and it was fantastic! Pool, hot tub, fire pit, tvs, pool table and ping pong and much more made it easy to keep everyone entertained. Back yard is completely fenced which was great for the dog. The deck is an amazing spot to relax. Very secluded and didn’t even hear a car the whole time. Keener is great to work with. Worth the money, highly recommend.

Our second summer staying at this location. Beautiful property with plenty to offer for all ages. Clean and well maintained. Will be staying again!

Plenty of room and the pool was amazing! Supply wise it is very empty so you have to bring everything you need.

Nice property with great pool! Was definitely large enough for our big family vaca. Only real complaint is that “things to do” were pretty far away (30-60 min drive). Also landscaping by the pool needed some work, good amount of weeds.

My friends and I came here for a quick get away! It was so easy to get to from NYC and the check in process was seamless. All my inquiries were answered within minutes by the property host. The pool is amazing and big enough for a larger group. There were plenty of beds in spacious rooms which we appreciated as well. Great stay! Great hosts!

We had such a fun week in the Poconos! Our group consisted of moms and teenage daughters attending a dance competition at Kalahari resort. This home is about 15 minutes from Kalahari and 7 or 8 minutes to the Emerald Lakes Beach area. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and relaxing in the yard and eating together on the beautiful deck. The living spaces were very spacious. we had plenty of room to hang out together inside or outside on the property. The owner was very responsive (we were unable to lock to lock the sliding door because it was slightly off track) - he sent someone right away to fix the door. He answered questions quickly and was very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to this area!

My family gathered from all over to vacation together in honor of our mother's 80th birthday. The house had plenty of room for all of us and we enjoyed all of it's amenities. The home-owner (Eugene) was very responsive regarding all of our questions. The kids and adults had a terrific time in the pool, game room and using scooters in the driveway. Excursions near by were a blast! We did the UTV Tour by Pocono Raceway and the zipline and mountain coaster at Camelback. We also had a wonderful hibachi dinner at Desaki! We all enjoyed the week and would recommend this house to other families!

House was very large, and very clean. A few minor things need tending inside the home. The outside of the property was very nice. Pool and hot tub were clean. The outside backyard is very inviting but grounds themself and outdoor furniture needed some power washing and the shrub beds needed some cleaning up. Other than that a very fun and relaxing time with our children and grandchildren .

Renting this property was very easy. The host answered all my questions immediately. I took my 11adult grandchildren on this trip. Since they all live in different parts of the country, it’s not often that we all can get together at one time. I understand that it was early in the swimming season so the pool was loaded with bugs. It seemed to me that the filtration system was not working fully. However with the skimmer we managed to get rid of a lot of them and then enjoy the pool for two days. I believe that was the highlight of our trip. I would suggest some handrails on the steps leading to the pool from the back door for people who are elderly and not quite as steady on their feet as the younger ones.

We had a great time with our family in this spacious house. House has plenty of sitting areas which was great for our crowd (8 adults 12 kids). Too early in the season for the pool however I can only imagine how much nicer it would be with that.

The house could not have been any better for our needs. 9 of us total stayed and had an incredible weekend, very relaxed and quiet home with ample room for activities and sleep. Situated close to everything you could possibly need in the Poconos. We will definitely be back!

Great house close to camelback and kalahari.

We had four families staying for a long weekend. Hit up Big Boulder one day (25 min) and Camelback (20 min) the next day which was nice. You could tell this property was built for renters though they should have added more bathrooms. Other than that it was great and very comfortable. Not any leftovers like a lot of homes so bring all your spices, soaps, tin foil, sandwich bags and condiments. Bring laundry detergent as well - the hot tub has a lot of chlorine, so you will want to wash the towels. Only the fireplace in the living area worked, not the ones in the bedrooms which was a bummer, but not a big deal. Nice back yard area and fire pit. Would come back again.

Adult and little kid cousins meeting up after a long covid break, so everyone was happy to have a big enough house to share together (11 little kids and 8 adults). We rented this place because the listing said it was 10 minutes away from Camelback ski resort, in actuality it's 24 minutes (without snow conditions). It snowed the morning of our travel. My husband and I drove over 4 hours with 4 kids to be met with a fairly snow cleared driveway but it was not salted, so our car was skidding on a sheet of ice (front wheel drive). The walkways/steps to get into the house were NOT cleared AT ALL. Before we could enter my husband had to clear the snow from the walkways and apply salt as the next family of our party was approaching within minutes. Paying over 3k for a house rental we didn't expect to have to shovel snow...not even a sorry for the inconvenience from the owner when we told him we had to shovel. All the bedding appeared to be clean and were folded but again we faced another inconvenience of having to put ALL the bedding on ourselves. Bunkbed bedsheets is not something you want to be doing when you arrive on a vacation. Most of the bathrooms were tidy but the first floor one smelled of urine which I tried to clean with bathroom cleaner but it still had a faint smelled. Most of the other surfaces appeared to be clean. The owner should provide at least one roll of paper towels for guests, so they can help with the tidiness of his rental. A nice surprise was the hot tub was already heated and ready to go. The kids enjoyed playing hide and seek in the house and the garage play area was nice and toasty. On the day of our departure I had notified the owner letting him know there had been icy rain and asked if someone would be coming to salt driveway and walkway. According to other members of our party the person barely put any salt down and didn't bother to salt the walkways like we had asked. The house was large yet quaint enough for us to know what the kids were up to. We definitely appreciated the late check out. Like other reviews the beds are very firm, so none of the adults were able to get a good night sleep. Overall the house was a nice setup to have a little family reunion.

The property was amazing and spacious! Everything worked as intended and the garage area really exceeded expectations. The temperature control in there is awesome! Only thing I would say is that the beds are indeed a firm mattress, so if that's not your thing I would bring a travel soft mattress pad, but I did fine without it. Also, would recommend bring a flashlight with you if you are checking in after sun down, it gets dark down that drive way until you turn the lights on. Other than those two things though (and even with those things), this place was amazinggg! Dishwasher, laundry, and hot tub really brought it over the top and made my days spent there a blast.
