House was located just a few minutes from the beach through a beautiful walking trail. And just a minutes drive to any of the golf courses. The Sunrooms room made you think you were in a tropical paradise. Overall a very relaxing and fun place to stay.

The stay was great and we really lucked out with the rain. The property location was very good. The property itself was tired. The furniture and decor was ok but the house was not worth the price. Many spiders and a few cockroaches. I understand we were in SC and on the coast but in the house is not acceptable. Over all a good visit and the family really enjoyed it.

We had a party of 9 which was comfortable for the size of the house; however, there were several issues with the property. (1) The kitchen appliances are extremely outdated. The refrigerator is small and didn't make ice. We had to use our coolers for ice and drinks. (2) The washing machine and dryer didn't properly work. If there's a note instructing the renter on how to use the washing machine due to its difficulty in draining water then it's time to replace. It was an inconvenience for us to continually rewash and drain the machine.(3) AC went out on us and required a maintenance call. (4) Each bedroom should have blackout blinds or curtains. Lastly, we paid a lot of money and should not have had to experience any of these issues.
