The house at Goethe 29 is located in the seaside resort of Ahlbeck, just 70 meters from the beach promenade, and was completely renovated in 2007. The famous Ahlbeck pier, as well as the town center with grocery stores, a bakery, and numerous restaurants and boutiques, are just a 3-minute walk away. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the Ostseetherme and the nearest train station.

This spacious and modernly furnished 3-room ground-floor apartment is located on the first floor of the building at Goethestr. 29 in the seaside resort of Ahlbeck, just 70 meters from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach, and has been awarded a 4-star rating by the German Tourism Association.
The apartment, which has a separate entrance, features two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed and a TV, as well as a living room with a cozy sitting area and a pull-out couch that can be used as an extra bed for a fifth person (width 1.40 m). Highlights of the living area include the Danish cast-iron wood-burning stove, perfect for cozy evenings—especially during the cold season—as well as the furnished balcony facing the sea.
