Our flat can comfortably accommodate up to 4 persons in 67m2 of interior space plus balcony. There are two double bedrooms, bathroom and open space living room, dining space and a fully equipped kitchen area. The flat is ideally located in central Chania, steps away from the Old Town, central bus station and just a 20’ walk to the nearest Nea Chora sandy beach. Within walking distance you will find numerous cafes and restaurants, cocktail bars and brunch shops, offering great quality and choice to sit in or take away. Within a few minutes, you can wander around the scenic cobbled alleys of the Old Town or walk around the Venetian Harbour, explore its shops and unique markets or find out about the city’s unique history and multicultural heritage. The Municipal Market (200m) is also the perfect spot for your local product shopping like honey, cheese & herbs, and an interesting walk to get a glimpse of the local everyday life. At the city’s central bus station, you can find bus routes connecting all major points of the island of Crete and all the famous beaches and sights to the north or south. Please be aware that our rates exclude an additional stayover tax. For stays from March to October, the tax is €1.5 per night, while from November to February, it is €0.5 per night. This tax applies to all bookings starting January 1st, 2024. Guests are required to pay this additional tax directly to the check-in assistant who will be responsible for key handover upon arrival. My husband and i really enjoyed our 12 night stay in this location. Easy walk to restaurants, shopping, and to stroll in Old Chania. We had plenty of space with two bedrooms, kitchen, and living room to relax and found it so peaceful. Close to tour pickups and easy to get around by bus for other cities so no car was needed. We are in our 70’s and it truly felt like we were on vacation!

Great apartment close to the old town but you can get away from the hustle and bustle. Apartment was clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. A great inclusion was the washing machine and a smart tv if you just wanted to stay in. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

Good location, walk to old town, parking nearby, unit is as pictured. Washing machine was a plus. Elena was great. She knows the area and spent time answering all of our questions.
