Right before our stay, there was an unusual cold snap and some pipes froze in the building. We were supposed to stay in. However, the quick acting property owners adjusted our stay and put us in even better accommodations than we had paid for. House was clean, comfortable, and just as described. Thanks for making our visit to Nashville great!!

We had a very large group stay here and it accommodated us perfectly! Everyone had a place to sleep! The place was clean and we loved the style of the place. It was extremely hot inside when we arrived and we couldn’t get the units to switch to AC so we called maintenance and a guy came right over and got us all fixed up and he wa super helpful. The only issue we had was the tankless water heaters kept beeping and having to be reset for us to have hot water. Other than that the stay was great!

Great place to accommodate large group. Owner and help staff were amazing. We landed about midnight and had issues opening the side gate to access property, I contacted them about 1am and they responded quickly! Property had a slight smell like the previous group smoked but the place was very clean, the space is great and the welcome bottle of wine was a nice touch. Due to medical needs, we had to have package delivered the morning of check in (before we were there) and the staff helped us pick up and for us that was amazing! Loys of stairs lol Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again! Thanks guys!

First the good things: Comfortable beds and plenty of coffee. Not so good things: Dysfunctional water heater that trips every time showers are turned on, questionable neighborhood had homeless knotting on door, cleaning staff need substantial upgrading too much dirt and some bugs in unit.

This property was perfect for our group of 10 girls to celebrate in Nashville. A beautiful property with everything you need. Bedrooms and baths were great and we loved the rooftop lounge. 10 out of 10!!

We had a few minor glitches and they responded immediately. Everything was clean when we arrived. The location was perfect for us - we had a car so we were able to go to the stores near the is four floors, so you need to be able to climb steps.

Very cute decor. Location is less than ideal. There was a pile up of trash outside our front door and homeless people were digging through it throughout the stay, definitely not a place you can be outside at night. There was inconsistent hot water throughout the stay. Not enough towels for everyone, and the bedding was not clean, sand and hair in the sheets. The place was cute, however not somewhere I’d stay again.

Each room has comfortable accommodations and its own bathroom. The location was convenient to Broadway and the Nashville airport with a quick Uber/Lyft ride, too.

This place was literally PERFECT. There was 11 girls and we all slept comfortably. It was clean, easily accessible and very well stocked. I mean- it comes with a karaoke machine!? Cmon! Don’t look any further than this place for a bach bash!!

Great home for a large group. We had 12 guys on a golf trip and everyone and their clubs fit comfortably. Great common area for gathering. Only a 10 minute Uber ride to downtown.

Plenty of bathrooms, super clean, and even better than the listing shows! Fun outdoor area with games, plenty of space inside but still cozy and fun! It was HOT outside but cool inside so we could rest and go again. Nashville did not disappoint either. 10/10 recommend this one!!
