The Space:

Casa Mimosa II blends easygoing beach charm with spacious living and thoughtful amenities, making it an ideal retreat for families and friends.
The three-story villa offers three private bedroom suites. The first-floor bedroom includes its own full bath, while the third floor features two king master suites, each with a private bathroom. The main living area and convenient half bath are located on the second floor, creating a comfortable and flexible layout for everyone.
The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and gather together, plus a coffee maker, washer and dryer, and gas grill. Enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with sunset cocktails on the balcony overlooking the peaceful coastal lake.
Beach Days Made Easy
We provide the extras that make a beach vacation simpler—and help you save money. Your stay includes complimentary use of:
3 bicycles
Beach chairs
Beach towels
Beach cooler
Sun shade
These complimentary beach amenities can save hundreds of dollars compared with renting equipment during your stay.
The community pool is just steps from the back door, giving you an easy place to cool off while relaxing on either of the home's two decks. It's especially convenient for families with children.

Guests will have access to the entire home, community pool, outdoor spaces, and beach amenities.
The beach access is flat and located just a short walk away, making it easy to carry chairs, coolers, and beach gear. Parking is available for two vehicles, along with one additional non-overnight guest parking space.
The Neighborhood:
Casa Mimosa 2 is located in a quiet 12-home community in Santa Rosa Beach along scenic 30A. The neighborhood offers a peaceful setting just steps from one of the least crowded beach accesses in the area.
Guests can easily walk, bike, or golf cart to the beach, nearby restaurants, coffee shops, and local attractions. The community pool is located directly behind the home, less than 50 feet away, and the area is ideal for families, bike rides, and evening walks with your dog.
Getting Around:
Three bikes are included with your stay, making it easy to explore scenic 30A and nearby beach towns.
A 6-seat golf cart with stereo and Bluetooth is also available and currently included free for the next couple of 2026 bookings. The home offers parking for two cars or SUVs, plus one additional daytime guest parking space.

Enjoyed our stay! Anytime we had a question, the property manager was very quick to respond. We had a few minor issues that were resolved ASAP. Top notch customer service. Beds were soft. Furniture was comfortable. Lots of extra amenities. Plenty of space for everyone. Our kids enjoyed having their own level to play games, etc. It was great that the bedrooms were on the upper and lower floors. This made it nice for the early risers to not be on the same level while others were sleeping. Coffee on the balcony everyday was peaceful. The BBQ pit was clean and in great shape. This is an end unit near the lake, so it was VERY quiet. We all enjoyed utilizing the provided bicycles to ride on. The golf cart was a plus as well. Three things to possibly consider. One master does not have a TV. Both upstairs suites got pretty bright as soon as the sun comes up, so if you are sensitive to that it might be an issue. The home is also on three levels, so if you have someone who has difficulty navigating stairs, it could be a problem. Baby gates are provided so that was an added bonus. We did use them to keep our dog on the main level with us. We would stay here again for sure.
