Best Location! direct ocean fronting at historical Alii Drive. This unit is totally upgraded with tropical island theme. We are 15 mins from Kona airport and surrounded by farmers market, outdoor eateries, restaurants, live music!

It would be helpful to have a big bowl for salad or for fruitThe curtains would be helpful if they were thicker so at night the bright lights wouldn’t shine straight through to keep you awake in bedThe air conditioner and fan remotes need a new batteries.It was insanely frustrating and a little bit frightening to think there wasn’t going to be air-conditioningWe did use some beach mats that seemed insanely ultralight which blew all over the place and they didn’t wear very wellJust a few suggestionsWe did enjoy paradise for sure

Very nice and clean. All necessities were available. It was like home away from home and close to beach, shopping, bars, groceries and more. Pool was nice and warm. Host responded promptly to questions. Would like to go back one day.

Make sure you know that there is not an elevator on property so if you’re not on the first floor it will be difficult with luggage. Also, during our stay, there was rarely someone at the front seat which makes getting help difficult. CeCe the property owner was amazing and very helpful. We just had to ask all our questions over messages due to the absent desk attendant.
