Located in Mesa, this attractive house for $179 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This large home has a fabulous outdoor crystal clear blue pool and great outdoor space for gathering, grilling, and enjoying the warm AZ weather. Plenty of space to spread out, play games, indoor ping pong table, and HUGE 82" TV for Sports lovers and movie fans! ***Insurance for cancellations due to coronavirus can be purchased for your stay. Please visit https://www.generalitravelinsurance.com/customer/coronavirus*** This unit is a very spacious 4 bedroom / 3 bath home in East Mesa - all on 1 level and no stairs! 2 separate king bedrooms, a double queen bedroom and an additional 1 queen bedroom (5 beds total). The guest King bedroom shares a jack-and-jill bathroom with the bedroom with 2 queen beds. The kitchen is very open with dining table and family room - great for entertaining! The indoor ping-pong table is in a space of its own with recliners. There is a den with TV that can be used to watch a movie - from the movie collection provided, play a board game, play video games, or sit and read a book. It is truly great for families and couples in a safe and quiet neighborhood looking to escape to a warmer climate and experience what the desert has to offer. It has a nice sized backyard and patio with a large pergola and plenty of outdoor seating and propane heaters. Great space for BBQ's and relaxing. The home has lots of natural light and is VERY spacious and comfortable. There is laundry inside - washer/dryer are included. The unit is well equipped with all the essentials; linens, bath towels, pool towels, pillows, kitchen dishes and utensils, coffee maker, toaster, ironing board/iron, microwave, dishwasher, double oven, refrigerator. Satellite and WI-FI internet provided. The kitchen is also very well stocked with plenty of pots/pans, tupperware, crock pot, blender, rice cooker, cooking utensils and supplies. Garage has space to park 2 vehicles and the Large driveway provides for additional parking. This home is located near the Superstition Mountains, Close to hiking and trails, golf, lakes, parks, shopping, freeways, grocery stores, and restaurants. There is a half size basketball court just around the corner in the neighborhood (basketball provided in home). It is about 35 minutes from Sky harbor Airport and about 15 minutes from Gateway Airport. Less than 10 minutes to Legacy Sports Complex.

We stayed at the house with a few families from our Baseball Team. It was a good space and worked great. The ping pong table was a hit. Pool does not have a heater and was really cold (it was chilly outside) but the kids did cold plunges so it was still utilized.

We loved this house! We took my son and a few teammates with us to a tournament at the bell bank park. It was close by. The house was clean and very spacious. We had everything we needed. The boys would have liked the pool heated, but we understand not heating it in December. They loved the ping pong table. It was all very nice. Nice safe neighborhood.

My daughter and I came to Mesa for a basketball tournament and stayed in the home with a few of her teammates. We could not have asked for a better experience with the property. It was super clean and exactly as described. It was too cold to swim so we didn't use the pool but we still enjoyed sitting in the beautiful backyard. The beds were great, all the TV's worked, the ping pong table was a hit and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was also in a very nice, safe neighborhood. I can't wait to come back again with my family. Thanks so much!

Excellent! Excellent! We’ll be back. The kids had fun playing ping pong. They even used the pool and laid in the warm AZ sun in November! All amenities that we could need were available. Thanks for a wonderful stay. A beautiful home!

This home is very spacious and plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds/pillows were comfortable. It was very clean. There were only 4 of us but it could easily accommodate more. It’s all 1 level and easy to get in and out of neighborhood. It’s a very quiet street. The host is very responsive to any texts. I would stay here again.

The house was perfect for the 9 of us! My 83 year old mother really enjoyed the outdoor patio. All the rooms were perfect for each of our kids & their spouses. We would 100% stay here again.

The house was huge and accommodated 6 adults and 2 children easily. There was a little confusion on the correct door code, so it took a little longer to enter the house. We left one item behind, and the host was able to deliver it to us at our follow-on rental.
We would stay here again even if we had fewer people.

We stayed in this home in January 2023. There were two couples and the house was set up perfect! We each had our own Bedroom/Bathroom separated by a huge living area. You could easily accommodate another couple (or a family) as there was a lot of space. The kitchen was well equipped, the yard was beautiful, and the house was in a great location. We will be back.

Deanna was fantastic! Very fast to answer our texts about questions on the property. The house was so clean and much bigger then we expected. The house had everything we could have need and more. The neighborhood is a high end safe neighborhood.

We had 5 adults and 1 infant stay in the house, it was wonderful! The host even bought us a pack and play for our infant son so we didn't have to bring it from home. There were a couple of minor issues at the house but the host was responsive and instructed us how to resolve. The only downside of this property was the stove top was a little finnicky and we were unable to use the largest burner. But we would absolutely stay at the property again!

Bedroom facing the patio needs curtains and the door was locked with no way to open. Not all the smoke detectors are connected/installed. Garage door opener not plugged in had to open door by hand.

The first thing I want to mention is how helpful Deanna was in arranging our stay. We needed a wheelchair accessible home with a large master bedroom that would accommodate a hospital bed and some other medical equipment. Before we booked our stay Deanna was very helpful in determining that we would be comfortable in the home and that all my needs would be met. We checked out 12 hours before the deadline, but they were unable to arrange to have the medical equipment picked up before we left. When I told Deanna our concern. She said to have the medical supplier contact her when they arrived at the house and that she could arrange to let them in for the pickup. Everything went flawlessly and the equipment was picked up without a problem.
This was our first trip to Arizona, we were there for my daughters wedding, and the house fitted our needs perfectly. We were 10 people and everyone enjoyed the large rooms and comfortable beds as well as a swimming pool and the ping-pong table in the game room. The kitchen/family room area was big enough to allow everyone room to eat while some could still watch the huge television. Coming from the San Francisco Bay Area, it was a little bit difficult getting used to managing the air conditioning, but we figured everything out and that house became our refuge during the hot afternoons.
The house is in a beautiful neighborhood and is close to freeways and shopping areas, so we didn't feel like we were out in the middle of the desert or surrounded by a big city with noise and traffic.
Should we ever return to Mesa, we would definitely stay here again.

We were in town to visit friends. Check in was easy. A few things made a less than ideal stay. We got in late and woke up to make coffee. There was a coffee pot and coffee filters but no coffee maker. On the second to last day we were due to roll off toilet paper. I reached out thru vrbo in the morning and was told someone would drop off toilet paper. We went to bed at 830pm and still no toilet paper. Luckily the friends we visited spared a couple rolls. Also mentioned the coffee maker and was told they didn’t realize one wasn’t there. One of the smoke alarms was hanging. In another room you could see a spot that was supposed to have one but didn’t. We found a BB gun which looked like a riddle in the master bedroom closet. There were 2 dryers in the laundry room with only one working. It would make more sense to move it out or put a sign on it. The garbage can on the side of the house was full. Not sure we’d stay there again

The house was perfect for our extended family gathering. There were a few maintenance hiccups but the owner was responsive with our requests and will be fixing those items after our visit. The pool was very nice and refreshing even in the 108 degree July 1st day. I recommend this host and house.

The owner was very accommodating when our vacation did not go as planned. She allowed us to extend our stay in order to accommodate a family member who was unexpectedly in the hospital.

The accommodations were perfect for us. Uplifted our spirits as we were ther to attend a memorial. Outdoor living the best. Coffee in the morning by the pool. Large kitchen enabled 2 + people working in kitchen at a time. Pingpong table was a hit.

This house is amazing and has everything you need for an Arizona vacation. We were here with our daughter, grandkids and her in laws. The neighborhood is clean and safe with lots of places to walk. There were a few parks close by for the kids too. The pool was chilly but the kids went in anyway.
