The living room with a two-seater sofa bed, the kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, Senseo electric coffee maker, ceramic hob, washing machine... A pleasant SUD-filled exposed loggia, to enjoy a meal or a relaxing moment in the sun. Ski locker. Parking is located opposite the residence.NO WIFI/ TV by Parabole or Satellite.- Surroundings: Shuttle which brings to the various villages and stations of Puy Saint Vincent & Pelvoux. Shop nearby in 10 minutes walking (700m)In a family area, the residence is close to a large lot, ideal for tobogganing in winter, with table tennis, tennis court, basketball, petanques, daily entertainment (summer holidays) with children's Olympic games, tournaments... ideal for both kids and adults!- Activities: Cross-country skiing, sledding trails, Puy Saint Vincent & Pelvoux ski resorts.
