A wood-burning fireplace adds allure while you unwind. The chef in your group will appreciate the modern kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances. Two can perch at the kitchen bar, while the dining table seats five to home-cooked meals. Step outside to your furnished balcony and breathe in the fresh mountain air. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Wood is provided for the fireplace. For an additional sleeping option, there’s a double sofa bed in the living room. This property is equipped with partial AC via a window unit. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Ski shuttle details: Shuttle to and from the Okemo Mountain Resort Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. The property was as listed. It was across the street from the burger bar and a very short drive to town and the mountain. Plenty of space for everyone. Small, but nice deck with a view of Okemo. Easy in and out. Would stay again.

The condo was the perfect base for our ski weekend. Close to town and the mountain, and very comfortable. We loved being able to light a fire in the evenings. We had a great time and would definitely stay there again.

Brookhaven C3 was a clean, nice unit. Good location to town, slopes and lake. Bathrooms and kitchen appliances all new and in great, working condition. Kitchen very well stocked too! Carpet appears very dingy as does the furniture in living area. Master bed was clean, very comfortable. AC unit in living area was not working but I alerted maintenance immediately. They did not fix while we were there but weather was cool enough with all windows open. Pool was easily accessible and a nice addition to our weekend. Overall nice unit, would recommend.
