Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones! --- Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. This house is very large with lots of beds, but thats about all you get out of this one. I travel a lot with my family and we have stayed at many short term rentals around the country. I found this place in a mediocre state. Tiles falling off the side of the pool, kitchen cabinets in poor repair. Decor was super basic. Everthing was stocked at absolute bare minimum. Kitchen had basic dishes and thats it. No Kureg, no tupperware, literally nothing extra. Not even laundry pods, just a jar of unmarked, crusty old laundry detergent in the laundry room. I'm not usually a complainer, but I stay in a house so my family can be comfortable while we travel. We need to be able to cook and do laundry. I don't mind paying up for a lux place, but this one did not live up to the photos or the price point. Also, beware: I overlooked in the fine print on the listing they specify that you must request in advance for the pool heater to he turned on. They charge $150/day on top of the price of the rental if you want to use the pool. The good news is the management team was quick to respond and we were able to get the heater turned on. The bad news is we only had about 24 hours of the pool being up to temp during our 3 night stay. They are charging me for 2 days of pool heat instead of 1 and refuse to budge. After spending so much money on the entire sub-par stay, I see no reason to argue over a couple hundred bucks. Jusy a bummer way to end the trip.

We really enjoyed our time at this property. The location was perfect for neighborhood walks, restaurants, shopping, hiking and day trips around the Phoenix area. The house is very large and worked well for our big family group. Check-in and out was very easy and the AvantStay team was readily available and responsive to our requests.

The house is located in a convenient area of Phoenix with easy access to freeways and shopping. The pool and spa are great! The layout of the home worked OK for us but having 5 married couples vacationing together resulted in some sharing of bathrooms .

We had a girls work retreat and stayed in this big beautiful home. It was so big we didn't even use all of what the house had to offer. The heated pool and spa was just as amazing. Only great things to say - would 10 out of 10 recommend!!

The house was perfect! Pictures and description was accurate. Communication with Avant was quick and convient. The neighborhood was quiet, well maintained. Overall a great experience. If I visit this areas again, I would definitely stay at this location.
