Prop your feet up while you relax on the elegant leather couch or loveseat and enjoy your favorite shows. There is a smart TV in every bedroom, the kitchen, the den, and the sunroom. Cook an entire meal at once on the 6 burner chefs stove accompanied by all stainless steel appliances. Your family or friends can enjoy the show while sitting at this massive kitchen island. Time to eat? Have a seat at the jaw dropping 8 person dining room table! After enjoying your culinary creations, you can make your way to the spacious sunroom. With a dry bar, stainless steel refrigerator, and flatscreen smart t.v., this is the perfect place to relax. Not exciting enough for you? Step outside to your own personal oasis. Relax by the serene heated pool in a lounge chair or in the hammock nestled in the corner of the backyard. The pool can be heated April-May add September-October for an additional fee.***Please give a 1 week notice to turn on pool heater. If cooking in the incredible inside kitchen wasn’t your style, use it for sides and cook the main course on the outside grill which is half charcoal, half gas. Enjoy your food at the outside, covered dining table under the glow of eddison lights hanging throughout the yard. When it’s time to call it a night, make your way to one of the spacious and comfortable 4 bedrooms and enjoy a rejuvenating nights sleep. There’s two master bedrooms. And with 2 kings, 1 child twin futon, and 2 twin over full bunk beds with a twin trundle, there's plenty of room for everyone! THE LOCATION This home is nestled in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood and is only minutes from restaurants, Greers Ferry Lake, golf courses, multiple marinas, shopping, and more! It's only 2 miles to the Heber Springs Marina Where they can rent a pontoon boat on Greer’s Ferry lake. Bring your boat and launch at one of many locations near this property. Don’t have a boat? Rent a boat or jet skis from nearby Heber Springs Marina or Eden Isle Marina. Looking to take a more laid back outing? This property is only minutes from world class trout fishing on the little red river. Take a stroll down one of many nature trails this beautiful area has to offer. Catch a movie at the Gem theatre in historic downtown Heber Springs or do a little shopping at one of the local shops on Main Street. We had a wonderful stay over Labor Day weekend. The house was very clean and well stocked with essentials like toilet paper and even extra beach towels. The outdoor space is top notch and a short walk to sandy beach. The AC works great in the house and we actually controlled it, not the owner remotely (hate when Vrbos do that). We had 6 adults and 3 kids and everyone had plenty of space. Would stay again!

Our family met here from Tennessee and Texas for a week of relaxation. The house was perfect for us with a clean pool, well supplied kitchen and lots of gathering spaces. The house was clean and so comfortable. We hope to return next summer.

Lovely house, great pool. If I were owner I'd check on cleaning crew. While house was not dirty there was trash under one bed, the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, the outside trash can was full (we emptied it) the pool closet needed cleaning out. Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels, all in all a great place to stay.

The place was pristine! The pool was amazing for the kids to play in all weekend. It is close to restaurants and super markets but very private. Everyone commented on how comfortable all the beds were. It was spacious and over all a lovely place to stay with our big family. We will definitely be booking this home again!!!

Amazing Greer Ferry lake weekend getaway! We have been to greer’s ferry several times and the location of this house can’t be beat. We were 1 mile from downtown heber snd harp’s grocery store, a very short drive to the Heber Springs Marina to rent a boat, and we could literally walk out the backyard into the Sandy Beach on the Lake. We had of room for everyone with four bedrooms and four bathrooms, but the best part was the backyard. Huge pool and lots of room for everyone grilling and chilling. It even had misting fans under a large covered picnic pavilion and they provided us with plenty of beach towels. Every detail was thought of. Everything in the house looks brand new and kitchen was fully equipped. We can’t wait to return!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Air conditioner in 2 floor no working properly, big water leak in living room, a disaster! additional charge for heating the pool! It should be included in the total price, I paid 3200 dollars for three days, additional 500 dollars more to heat the pool that took a full day to heat up, I could only enjoy the pool one day
