Nestled in Canyon Lake, this lovely house for $974 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. For a one-of-a-kind Texas Hill Country getaway, you need a one-of-a-kind place to stay. Overlooking the beautiful water of Canyon Lake sits a house that has to be seen to be believed. You haven't experienced luxury until you've experienced the decadence that is Stonecrest Shores. Located in Canyon Lake, this unbelievable home hosts up to 10 guests with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. The front of the home presents a humble abode but, upon entering, you'll be taken aback by the beauty and uniqueness of this custom home. You almost won't know where to begin! To your right, you'll find the half bathroom followed by the laundry room complete with a full washer and dryer. To your left, you'll find a staircase that we'll come back to in a bit. First, the living area and kitchen! The living area is modern work of Texas art filled with gorgeous furniture and impeccable decor. A beautiful fireplace sits behind comfortable loveseats, chairs, and a large couch, all positioned in front of the mounted flat-screen TV. To the right of the living area, you'll find the kitchen and dining area. The dining table comfortably seats 6 and is a sight to behold. Next to the dining table is the kitchen of every homeowner's dreams. Gorgeous custom cabinets, modern stainless steel appliances, plenty of cooking and dining essentials, a small flat-screen TV, plenty of counter space, and an inviting atmosphere. If you're able to pull yourself away, head back through the living room, through the door where you'll find the first bedroom. In addition to a room full of Texas sunshine, you'll also find a king-sized bed, 2 love seats, a mounted flat-screen TV, and a private resort-style bathroom. The bathroom includes a large vanity with dual sinks, a gorgeous large walk-in shower, and a spacious walk-in closet. Now, let's head down the staircase located by the front door. At the foot of the stairs, the door to the left takes you into a game room that includes a pool table as well as a flat-screen TV mounted on the wall in a custom-built entertainment center. The game room also features a kitchenette that will remind you of a smaller version of the upstairs kitchen and includes stainless steel appliances. Continue through the game room where you'll come upon bedroom number 2. The 2nd bedroom features a king-sized bed, gorgeous views of Canyon Lake, and access to the 2nd bathroom that features a full vanity and stand-up shower. The 2nd bathroom can also be accessed through the game room. Around the corner of the 2nd bedroom is a 2nd staircase. At the top of the stairs and to the right is where you'll find the 3rd bedroom. In it, you'll find a king-sized bed, a mounted flat-screen TV, more gorgeous decor, and a private bathroom with a full vanity and a shower/tub combo. Head back downstairs, through the game room, and continue down the hall to the 4th and 5th bedrooms. The 4th bedroom (first door to the left) features a king-sized bed, a large closet, and access to the 3rd full bathroom which includes a full vanity with plenty of counter space and a shower/tub combo. Through the bathroom, you can access the 5th bedroom which includes a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and a spacious closet. If you think the house is incredible, wait until you see the backyard and 2 patio areas! The patio can be accessed on both floors from nearly every room in the house with the exception of the 5th bedroom. On the top level of the patio, you'll find a large grill as well as plenty of seating via patio chairs and a long patio table that comfortably seats up to 10 guests. There's also a staircase that takes you down to the first-level patio and the rest of this resort-style backyard. The patio on the lower level includes more seating with plush patio couches and chairs. In the center of the lower level patio is a small infinity pool that will make this home unforgettable. Take in a gorgeous sunset after a day exploring the Texas Hill Country. Head down the stone steps to a covered eating/sitting area or lay out right along the lake as the steps lead you directly to it! It'll be hard to leave this home but be sure to check out all the nearby attractions, such as a free, public boat ramp, boat rentals, Guadalupe River tubing, Whitewater Amphitheater, local cuisine, and much more! You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Maximum occupancy at all times is 10 guests and 4 vehicles. Everything clean and well appointed, but some patio furniture was damaged when we arrived. Not able to use. Too cold for xfinity pool, but good scenery. Left some items but do not know how to contact, since we did not find anyone to report them to.

The house layout and bedroom situation was perfect for my group of 9 adults. Kitchen was well appointed but lacked knives and cutting boards, and the ice dispenser for the refrigerator didn’t work, but there is an ice maker downstairs. Bedroom ceiling fans were very noisy and the master bath lights flickered constantly. The outdoor areas were very nice but a bit tired. Pool tiles were broken, ants were a big problem, landscaping dead (while neighbors had nice gardens). The lakeside area fan/lights didn’t work. The driveway is very steep and a bit hard to navigate. The view is not the best but expected with the current drought. Overall a nice house and a fun stay. We really enjoyed the pool and hanging out on the deck.

We had a terrific stay here! The property is truly amazing and the maintained super well. The kitchen is fully stocked. The beds super comfy and everything super clean!! The "crows nest" bedroom, as I we called it, has great seclusion and privacy. Almost every bedroom has a door directly to outside, so you didn't really have to disturb the house to go out and enjoy the sunrise! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time at this house. It was perfect for our family to get together. We didn't get a chance to enjoy all of the outdoor space as much as I wanted due to the unusually cold weather. But the outside area and landscaping looks awesome for warm sunny days. We will especially look at staying here during warmer months.

Overall, the property was great! The only thing that was a little disappointing was that you could not heat the pool. But we would definitely come back and stay again.

The property is beautiful and was perfect for our weekend getaway with friends. The five bedroom house, all with king beds, was perfect for our weekend getaway with four other couples. The house was well kept and had ample space, both indoors and out. Views, lake access and plunge pool were a hit with all as well!!

We stayed for three days at this amazing property. It is right on the water! The pictures don’t do it justice. We loved that there was a pool and from the pictures thought it may be a little small but it fit 10 ppl in it comfortably. My husband brought his boat and was able to tie onto a buoy located right in front of the property. The boat launch was literally across the lake from this property. We brought our own floats and spent most of our time right on the lake. The house was clean and tidy. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms for all our guests. We definitely had enough space. Love that downstairs there is an additional fridge and individual ice maker which was conveniently located closer to the pool and bottom level. This property definitely has a lot of stairs and some of our elderly family had issues with walking all the way down to the lake but unfortunately that’s just what you have to do to get to the lake. Will definitely stay here again!

Only reason the house got 4 stars was due to a blood stained towel and the fridge leaking all over the place. One of the guest bedrooms frame/mattress was likely missing springs as it sunk in the middle and two of the toilets were plugged up. I'm addition, there's a burn notice so we couldn't use the pit as advertised but completely understand. Overall beautiful home would stay again if these small issues could get resolved.
