Nestled in Lower Grand Lagoon, this lovely condo for $53 per night is a great choice for your next trip. The Inn at St. Thomas Square 1203C Our calendar is updated in real-time & our nightly rates are accurately displayed. Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' Panama City, where the coastline fun never stops! If you're looking for a place to crash when you're not out parasailing, kayaking, surfing, boating, shelling, sunbathing, or swimming, you've found the right place. If you want a quiet place to lay your head but want to be right on top of the action, this studio is the perfect place for you. The property has a large pool with plenty of lounge chairs to catch all the Florida rays if you so desire. Serene water views are available with kayak rentals, or you may want to try a paddleboat with your significant other. Challenge your family and friends on the tennis court before you check out all the outlet shopping! Inside, the kitchenette has everything you need to make picnic snacks or meals for intimate dining. There's plenty of cupboard and drawer space to store your vacationing supplies. The bathroom has a spacious shower to ensure all the sunscreen comes off at the end of the day! THINGS TO KNOW No dishwasher in the kitchenette. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

I loved how cute this looks. It was comfy. The reason I gave it 4 stars was because it didn’t have Wi-Fi or cable. I work remotely so that was an issue for me. But the affordable price made up for that.

Nice & Cozy with enough space for my two grandsons and I. It come with a refrigerator, stove , washer and dryer that sealed the deal for me. AND… it’s close to everything! Walking distance to the beach, food and some attractions. There’s a pool and tennis court as well. Love it!

The unit was still dirty when we arrived. All the cups and bowls had to be washed be for they could be used. The unit also has a roach issue. Dead one on the floor and live one walking around every where.

It seemed pretty clean and everything was as described. Had a lot of problems with the air conditioner and it stayed pretty hot and humid in the room all day. It only cooled down after midnight each night in the room. Saw a lot of bugs in the room which was a little unsettling.

The communication from the rental company was great. Multiple emails, a call the day of to ensure we had everything and to update us on check in time and text throughout our stay to ensure we were okay. There wasn’t printed check out instructions, wifi or location information. The unit and complex was cute for a weekend stay. But they have a MAJOR issue with roaches. As soon as we entered the unit we killed two roaches on the appliances and furniture. After about an hour, we found a roach on our bag. In the morning, a roach in our towelette bag. We killed 6-8 roaches over a one night stay. Would not be back to this unit.
