2nd floor apartment in a beachy cottage, sleeps 4+, Family Friendly, (no partying), pet friendly, 7-10 min walk to 7 mile beautiful beach with 5 additional mins to pier, restaurants, bars and entertainment. Full kitchen, dishwasher, fenced-in yard for dogs as well as guests. Firepit with Adirondack chairs. Picnic tables and gas grills for outdoor dining. Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and wagons all for use by guests for the beach. Linens and batheach towels provided. Non-smoking! Free laundry onsite and off-street parking for 1 vehicle. Plenty of free on-street parking. Free wifi!

The place has a cottage like feel to it in a quiet area. The walk to the beach is about 10 minutes, unless you have small children than it’s more like 15 minutes. The pier is about 20 minutes, 25 minutes with small children. The kitchen is well stocked, with dishes and pots. Both beach and bath towels are provided.
