Following the cleaning process, housekeepers will then disinfect properties with a hospital-grade disinfectant. Join us at our beautiful 3.5-bedroom home in Snowmass Village Colorado. Conveniently located off the RFTA and Village Shuttle lines, kitty-corner from the golf course, just down the road from the shops at the center, and minutes from the Mall and Base Village. Our home is split level, connected by an adorable spiral staircase. The living area is comprised of a large open-format kitchen, ample cooking space, and bar-top seating. It comes equipped with everything you need for family or holiday gatherings. We have a large dining room table that opens to a master living room with two couches, sitting chairs, a TV, fireplace, and everything you need for a family or friends gathering. Upstairs, we have two spacious master bedrooms, each with a King bed and large bathrooms, significant vanities, great lighting, bath/shower combo in both. We have a large entrance area/mud room for gearing up and down, and a dedicated laundry room for mid-stay cleans. Downstairs is the third bedroom, with a King bed, and closing doors. The downstairs living room has a sleeper sofa that pulls out to a queen bed. We have a small open-format office set up off the living room for remote work separated from life and cooking on the floor above. There is a storage pantry, and an expansive half bath on the lower level as well. The complex has parking for one car, unneeded guest parking which is often available, and a shared outdoor hot tub. We have wrap-around decks with amazing views of the Snowmass Valley, outdoor furniture, and great summer space to congregate outside. Views include Mt. Daily, Snowmass Village, and the golf course. Our home is located near the end of the complex, and there are a lot of stairs to reach us! What to be aware of: Our home is located near the end of the complex, and there are a lot of stairs to reach us!This unit is calmly secluded at the very end of the condominiums, this provides peace and quiet and incredible views, but also a long walk with many stairs.If you have mobility difficulty this condo may not be ideal for you.Â Additionally, we are in the mountains! Remember, there is wildlife out there, and bears, so keep things clean and locked up should you not invite any unwelcome friends! The condo was fully equipped and had plenty of room. Beautiful view from living room. The owners were honest about the 72 steps to condo. That would be the only thing someone might find difficult. We however adapted quickly. Definitely would book again in the future.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Sky Run in Snowmass. Skippy , our manager was great to work with - responsive friendly and professional. We loved returning from the slopes to our lovely home and enjoyed the views of the mountains , the beautiful fireplace and enjoyed meals utilizing the gourmet kitchen.

The property was large and very comfortable with stunning views, and the kitchen was extremely well equipped. Lauren was incredibly responsive and helped us with shipping gear out ahead of time.

We had a great time and weather was awesome. Two main issues were steps and condo is a little more dated then expected. 70 steps so pack accordingly. The condo is extremely well equipped. Much better then most condos that we have rented.

Excellent property. Great for a ski trip with families or friends. Very roomy and nice appointments like higher end soaps and hydro flasks for use. The ONLY downside is a good bit of steps to get to the unit. Easy quick walk to lifts and free short bud ride around Snowmass. Property owner was easy to work with and helpful

Our family had a wonderful trip to Snowmass this New Years and loved staying in this beautiful condo. We received a fabulous gift basket upon arrival with goodies and local info. The view was breathtaking! Our all adult group enjoyed having 3 king en-suites. Lauren, the owner/manager, was great to deal with and when our plans changed she allowed us to stay an extra night. We highly recommend this wonderful property! We will be back! Thanks Lauren for everything!!
