Walking into this newly furnished 5 bedroom/2 bath home in Avondale, you will immediately notice the comfortable spaces and attention to detail. You are immediately greeted by a fun game room with pool table, and a comfortable seating area to relax in. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you would need including a fully stocked coffee bar. The island/bar in the kitchen is the perfect place to pull up a stool for breakfast or to have a glass of wine while preparing dinner. There is also a cozy living room with couch and loveseat and big screen TV, and a dining area with seating for 6. The master suite features ample windows and a king bed with ensuite bath, along with a separate entrance to the outside. The master bath features a full sized walk in shower, and double sinks. There are an additional 4 bedrooms featuring 3 queen beds and the last bedroom has a single over twin bunk. In the summer the pool is a perfect size and will be cool and inviting even on the warmest days. The back yard boasts a covered area with furniture perfect for relaxing, dining area with seating for 6, lounge chairs so you can soak up the sun, a BBQ grill area, and a sparking HEATED pool! This home is welcoming and perfect for entertaining or relaxing and enjoying the Arizona sun. There are plenty of pool towels and bath towels, and basic toiletries are provided, along with hairdryers. The kitchen is fully stocked as well. The house has keyless entry, for which you will receive your own personal code for check-in the day prior to arrival. Feel free to contact us with any questions you may have prior to booking. Car rental available! Please inquire if you would like pricing and options. We can leave at the airports or have ready and waiting at the house for you when you arrive. We'll make it EASY for you! ✓ NoiseAware noise monitoring is installed both inside and outside the property. The device does not record conversations, it simply scans for loud noise. Pool may be heated for an additional $75 per day, please let us know ahead of time if you would like the pool heated. Please note that the pool and spa are not plumbed separately so if you want the spa heated you will need to pay for pool heat as both will be heated. Thank you! This home has a gas pool heater. Heaters take 2-3 days to heat a pool therefore pool heat must be requested a minimum of 5 days prior to your stay. Gas pool heater is able to maintain a pool temperature of 80-87 degrees. -- POLICIES -- - No smoking - No pets allowed - No events, parties or large gatherings - Must be at least 25 years old to book - NOTE: Your safety matters. The hostess was wonderful to work with. The house was great for our visit to Arizona for Greg's graduation. We did have troubles with the dishwasher and she sent someone over immediately. The house was well stocked. The pool was wonderful. Our experience was amazing. Thanks for making Greg's graduation lovely for our family.

Our family really enjoyed this beautiful property inside and out. It was accurate to the listing. Room for us all to have our own space but, lots of room to gather. Our family recommends this property.

The house was great and very roomy. The pool was nice but was not as warm after the first couple of days. The host did help but it was still not quite right. We will definitely stay there again.

Property manager communicated well throughout the process. Quite neighborhood, pretty easy access to major highways. Stayed in early March for preseason baseball....so we requested heated pool option which was very necessary for our time of year and the cooler than normal outdoor temperature (50's-60's). 5 bedroom 2 bath served our large group well.

The house was spacious and well appointed. Outdoor areas were a ton of fun for our group’s kids ages 10-14. Would definitely recommend.

This is a lovely home with a very accommodating owner who was easy to reach. The pool was wonderful and the home very comfortable. Located in a very nice neighborhood with easy access to a grocery store and coffee shop!
