You'll walk into a bright and open living room and kitchen that are well equipped for relaxation and great meals together with family or friends. The beautifully done kitchen features stainless steel appliances, lots of counterspace, and seating for four around the large island! Enjoy a movie in the living room or in the awesome upstairs "theater room"! Both have huge smart TV's and extremely comfortable seating! Right off of the living your and kitchen is the wonderful wrap around deck where summer grilling will sure to be a favorite! The main floor is also where you'll find the gorgeous master suite with a premium king size bed and luxury spa bathroom. On the home's lower level is the beautiful and spacious suite with a premium queen bed, coffee bar, and a private bathroom. The upper level of the home has 2 stunning queen bedrooms with bright and inviting colors and premium beds you won't want to leave! The hallway accesses the spacious luxury bathroom, the washer and dryer closet, and leads into the awesome "theater room". You can't beat the views from the upper deck; enjoy a glass of wine or cup of coffee while taking in all the beauty Ouray has to offer! Bed Configuration: Primary Bedroom: King Bed Suite - Main Level, 2nd Bedroom: Queen Bed Suite - Ground Level, 3rd Bedroom: Queen Bed - Upper Level 4th Bedroom Queen Bed- Upper Level Although you may not want to leave all of the comforts of this amazing home; you'll be right in the heart of everything! During the Summer enjoy Music in the Park located just a few blocks behind the home in Ouray's Fellin Park where kiddos will enjoy the play equipment or throwing a frisbee! Take a walk to any of the amazing local restaurants and shops or hop on the perimeter trail for a beautiful day of hiking! The Ouray Hot Springs is just a few blocks away where you can enjoy amazing views any time of year while relaxing in the mineral rich water. In the winter, Ouray boasts some of the best ice climbing, great snow shoeing, cross country skiing, or take the drive over to beautiful Telluride for a full day of great downhill skiing! Store all your gear you can bring along in the large garage with parking for 1 car with additional space on the parking pad for 2 vehicles. The home is dog friendly (2 dogs max), and the pet fee is $40/day (Max $250). Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Ouray/Telluride is our favorite place in all season. We did enjoyed our stay, the rental place was gorgeous, cleanliness was superb and well stuff. Location was perfect accessible to everything we will definitely book this place again.

Great stay, great house. Plenty of towels, blankets. Everything we needed. Communication and cleanliness was great. Only thing is the master bedroom shower drain does not drain quick so water will build up. Should be able to get fixed with some drain liquid.

Fantastic house, fantastic location to walk the strip, walk to the hot spring pools, everything. Our crew was, myself, wife, two kiddos and our pup. Last year, we rented a different location that I tried to book again this year but it was unavailable. I only say this because we loved the last house but it was not available but this location was. But now after staying here, I would pick this over the last. We brought a trailer with our side by side and I fully planned on using the garage, but after arrival, I was so pleased with the parking situation, I just left it far back in the driveway. The only thing that wasn’t clear from the add is the 4th bedroom is in the bottom level next to the garage. We did not use it but figured it’s worth a mention. Would be an awesome spot for grandparents or friends to stay if they tag along. If the house is not brand new, I would be shocked. It feels and looks new. Thank you to the owners for renting it out. Our 2 and 7 year old girls LOVED it as did mom and dad! Many great memories made!

We have been coming to Ouray for 18 years for the Imogene Pass Race…this place hands down was everyone’s favorite!!!! Location-perfect, clean-awesome, accommodating-exceptional!!! Thank you for a great trip!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this property and will definitely stay again, if in the area. The house was walkable to all Ouray amenities such as coffee shops, shopping, the dog park and dining + the hot springs! Parking was a concern, as the garage is tiny and too short for an F150, but we were able to park 2 trucks outside on the parking pad, so it was fine. Everything was spotless, the beds were comfortable, the stylish decor was wonderful, and the washer and dryer are better than we have at home! It took us a minute to find the lock-off style bedroom through the garage. I wouldn't want my young child to sleep down there alone, but this set-up was fine for our group. 5 stars all around from this happy group of visitors!

A very well thought out space with easy flow and ability to gather together or separately. Very much appreciated the private retreats for all to comfortably settle. Thoughtfully decorated. The location allowed us to easily walk and feel apart of the mountain town. We skied in Telluride, some hiked and ice skated, and others ice climbed. We all enjoyed the shops, food and drinks. Plan to be back many more times in the future.

This place is perfect for family, friends and kids. Everyone had their own space so it doesn’t feel cramped. It is very clean and had all the kitchen stuff we needed. It is in walking distance of everything in Ouray. We had a blast!
