We absolutely loved this house. It was the perfect size for my family and my sister’s family. It was really nice in the mornings sitting on the deck drinking our coffees and talking about the days plans. The only complaint is the front step into the house is way too large of a step for short people to get in. Would recommend adding a small stair between the front porch and the entrance to the house.

Nice place! But saw listings around the time of mine for half the price. Was for a wedding so I booked 6 months early. Summer prices 50 percent off. So I was ripped off. Big mistake on my part too but hardly consistent on VACASA’s part…

We stayed for 10 days during the holidays and the house was very well equipped and comfortable for 5 adults and one dog. It seems the house was recently renovated so all the appliances were new and some small details made the experience much better (such as pet beds and mobile phone chargers on the nightstands)

The house was conveniently located near family. The updated kitchen appliances were perfect for cooking our assigned side dishes. Our dogs loved the yard to run around after visiting family.

The property was clearly recently fully updated and it's just a great home! Very nice decor (obviously used a designer), great layout with the master suite and sitting area upstairs, great kitchen with new Cafe appliances, really comfortable family room with huge comfortable couch and large Amazon Fire TV, a large back deck with new, nice, comfortable signature and an actual CLEAN gas grill (never happens), and a large driveway all on a large private lot. It was extremely clean (my wife didn't have to clean anything which is rare) and some great features like the very nice and large showers, three sector Nest controls and AC, some high tech lights and fans in the bathrooms, a full W/D in the basement, etc. And fully stocked with everything we could think of for cooking, grilling etc. This place truly felt like home while on vacation and was a fairly short drive to Providence, Newport, Boston and other coastal cities. Wareham itself doesn't have much (other than Charlie's Cupcakes), but it's easy to get to places and then come back to a great place to relax. We can't recommend it enough!
