Outside of winter, 1 vehicle can be parked in the garage. Our custom built home features 6 bedrooms 4 bathrooms and sits on just over an acre and overlooks Columbine Lake. Just 1 mile from Purgatory Ski Resort and 25 miles from historic downtown Durango, the home offers privacy and seclusion. This home also features WIFI, washer/dryer, garage with space for one car and tons of gear and a fully stocked kitchen. The home is perfect for multiple families with 3,700 square feet and since it is spread over 3 floors with the 5th and 6th bedrooms are located via the garage and includes a separate living space and small kitchenette. The huge deck with a dining table as well as an additional seating area is the perfect spot to relax any time of the day. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
