In the evenings, relax by the wood-burning outdoor fireplace while the stars come out. A laid-back sofa lounge on the front patio offers a casual spot for morning coffee. Bright and spacious, the open living area offers plenty of space for comfortable group gatherings. A centerpiece for in-home entertaining, the deluxe chef's kitchen features sparkling counters, backsplash, and a sleek array of gourmet appliances including a five-burner gas range and dishwasher for easy cleanup. There's breakfast bar seating for and a wraparound, eat-in nook plus formal dining room seating for eight. For happy hour convenience, a fully equipped wet bar includes a sink, wine fridge, and an assortment of glasses for any libation. Security camera details: There is one camera at the front of the home which oversees the front yard and driveway areas. 1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool spa. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. We enjoyed the stay and the pool! We had some challenges with the spa not heating however got is running and enjoyed out last night under the Buck moon!

This was probably the best VRBO home we have ever stayed in. From the beautiful home, area, and amenities at the residence were hands down, FiVE STAR! We all had our own space and the older adults were very comfortable as well. Much better then a hotel. Many thanks and deep gratitude, Mota Family

This house was very spacious and had everything needed for a rental. Highly recommend this house for a vacation rental.

Overall, this is a phenomenal property, with good amenities, new facilities, grade, hot tub, etc. The only small hitch is the location does not have basic cable and so we were unable to watch sporting events were trying to see. It took an hour and a half to figure out this was the case, because it is not documented clearly anywhere. Outside of that, great location and great house.

This house was absolutely perfect for us! It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. There are two golf courses within 5 minutes of the property. Very tranquil surroundings for the evenings outdoors in the backyard. We will definitely book this property again.
