Very nice house in quiet neighborhood served as a great home base for our family - 2 kids, plus an uncle, aunt, 2 adult cousins, and grandparents. Everything was great- though the AC struggled a bit to cool the upstairs bedrooms during the heatwave, though downstairs was perfect temperature. Communication with the owner was fast and easy. Recommended!

The property is very nice. The house and yard are comfortable and clean. We had some minor issues with the master bedroom ceiling fan not working and some of the blinds on the windows were inoperable. The property is very spacious. We had a total of 9 people and there was plenty of space and privacy for everyone. The kitchen is very well equipped. The owner was very quick to answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay there again. I would recommend a couple of fans for the bedrooms in the summer because it can get a little warm. Overall an excellent property and a good value.

We were a group of six friends getting together for a reunion. The bedrooms were well appointed and the beds were great. The kitchen had everything you would need and then some, but not organized. Example; silverware, plates, containers found in 3 different areas. Constantly opening up drawers to find things. The shower handle in the upstairs bathroom fell off the first day and was never fixed while we were there. We did tell the property manager. . We jury rigged it. We wish they had a better system for hot water. You had to run the water for over 15-20 mins. to get hot water. We asked and said, yup that’s what it takes. So wasteful. Same with the oven. It takes over a 1/2 hr to get the temp up and only on convection again told yes, that’s what it takes. So, the house was wonderful, grounds fantastic and if they would attend to some of those issues, I would highly recommend it.

My family and I stayed at this property in December 2022. The house was clean, spacious and the views were spectacular. The house has a great layout which was great for all the age groups. The house was well stocked with all items we would need for our stay and had a great selection of games for all ages. Each morning, we enjoyed of coffee looking out the window at several deer and rabbits in the area. Haley was so sweet and was always available to answer any questions we had. We had an amazing vacation and my family and I will definitely be back in the near future! We are already excited about planning our next stay.

We've been coming to Colorado every year for over 20 years. Knowing the area well, this is one of the best spots. It's centrally located, yet quiet and comfortable with a short drive to many great places including excellent restaurants, hot springs and skiing. The roomy house has every comfort imaginable. The kitchen, for example, is extremely well-equipped for cooking. We stopped at Whole Foods on our first trip to the house to pick up granola for breakfast only to find a bag of it in the kitchen! The bed was very comfortable and it was a nice quiet sleep. We spent much time looking out the windows at the scenery and wildlife. We would return to this beautiful house in a heartbeat.

We were one of the first to stay at this property since it was converted to a short-term rental. I had some doubts but the property manager Haley went above and beyond. She worked with me before renting to answer any questions. The house itself is HUGE. Bedrooms are massive, and plenty of space for hanging out in different spaces throughout the house. The nooks for the kids were great, and the toy closet a big bonus - kept the kids plenty entertained. A few minor issues came up during our stay, but Haley was quick to respond/remediate them. The house is located just off 82 in a quiet neighborhood. We saw deer daily. The backyard is beautiful and views from the front stunning as the sun sets. Location is great - for exploring Carbondale, plus access to Glenwood and Aspen/Snowmass all within 30 minutes. El Jebel/Basalt/Carbondale have all the amenities you'd need (grocery stores, great restaurants, hiking, biking, etc). We really enjoyed our stay!
