When everyone works up an appetite, the full kitchen is outfitted with all of the modern appliances, beautiful countertops, and modern cookware for you to whip up tasty meals right at home base. To wrap up the day you can grill some dinner, play a round of corn hole, or sit around the firepit to soak up the sunset. This modern, updated home is well-equipped to provide a dazzling getaway in the desert! THINGS TO KNOW The pool is unheated. This property is managed by Vacasa Arizona LLC. In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Advertised Jacuzzi....did not advertise it wasn't heated No cable....so forget watching the game Grill heated to 325F Max which isn't enough to sear a steak Was fairly clean minus the long black hairs in my bed and tub, which had a leaky stopper, so forget about a hot bath in lieu of the unheated jacuzzi Take away the above and one could stay at a spot at 1/3 the cost. Thought we were staying at a place with the bells and whistles but the only thing we could hear was the fountain running outside which, while pretty, made it impossible to have an outdoor conversation. Took a few days after coming home to write this and yep....it was still underwhelming

We went into this booking knowing the pool wasn’t heated but nothing about the jacuzzi being not heated. Pool person called the day we booked in claiming there were issues with the heater but I talked to pool boy and he said nothing was wrong with it. Was also told the pool wasn’t maintained for 2 weeks before we got there that same day we checked in. Nothing was told to us before hand which was a deal breaker. Went with family and kid and expected to at least have the jacuzzi hot tub to sit in. Got the run around and a text saying we would be getting a refund but haven’t seen anything yet. Absolutely nothing wrong with the house it was clean & beds were comfy.

Had to wait in hold from 12am to 4:30am to finally get through to get the right code to get in. Was called and told one week before arrival the hot tub was broke and I would Receive a discount due to this, the pool was full of leaves and stick and yard was trashed with the same. I cleaned it all to have a decent place to sit outside and on the day before departure a pool boy came unannounced while my mom was sunning and turned everything on. Pool worked fine! Half the reason I rented this place was for the pool! An hour later after we reset up outside heard cleaners burst in unannounced. Last day soaking up some sun ruined by these unannounced workers The house is gross, it’s been only surface cleaned for a long time apparently, very nasty! No one, not once ever responded to any of my communications I travel for a living and this is not normal Or acceptable behavior. I will probably never use this company again and I suggest you look elsewhere as well
