About this apartment rental

House 23 consists of a living/dining room with a seating area and coffee table, a room divider that doubles as a cabinet, satellite TV (LCD), a VHS VCR, a DVD player, and a stereo system with a CD player. The dining area features a table with a corner bench and chairs, as well as a large sideboard. All the furniture in the house is solid wood. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner stove (ceramic cooktop) and oven, a refrigerator with a ***freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, and various small appliances. Dishes and cutlery are provided for up to 10 people.

The house has two bedrooms—one with a double bed and a large closet, the other with two single beds, a loft bed, and a closet. The beds are equipped with adjustable slatted frames and high-quality mattresses. There is also a bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink with vanity cabinet, and a hair dryer.

Outside, there is a covered wooden deck with patio furniture and a parasol. The deck can be locked with a small wooden door (ideal if you’re bringing a dog).

At the front desk, you can use the washing machine and dryer for a small fee.

The parking space is located directly behind the house. House 23 is particularly popular with families with children—and dogs. House 23 is a smoke-free home.

Admission to the natural swimming area in Stamsried Castle Park is free for our guests.

A charmingly situated vacation resort whose winter-ready, Alpine-style log cabins—comfortably furnished and accommodating up to 5 people—blend harmoniously into the landscape. The entire grounds are car-free, making it a wonderful destination for vacations with children.

At the front desk, you can also get games for toddlers; strollers; a children’s bathtub; a baby monitor; travel cribs; high chairs, and much more. In the town center (10 minutes away), you’ll find restaurants, excellent shopping, and plenty of recreational activities.

Recreational activities: All H&P guests enjoy free admission to the Stamsried Natural Swimming Pool during their stay.
