About this house rental

Nestled in Moreton Island, this charming house for $443 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. SECURITY BOND: A security bond is compulsory for all reservations. All reservations must pay a Security Bond of $1500.00 no later than the day prior to arrival. CLEANING & LINEN FEES: All cleaning and linen fees must be paid when the reservation is made. . 5 BEDROOM 4 BATHROOM SUITABLE FOR 2 FAMILIES 200 MTRS FROM RESORT JETTY This Guest House has it all , with large kitchen 2 sinks, oven, 5 burner gas cooktop, BBQ 2 fridges , Dishwasher , microwave etc. 2 master bedrooms both with ensuite, large separate kids retreat with separate bath room / rumpus,2 large decks , all this and only 200 meters from the only passenger ferry service on the entire island, nestled high above the resort and all resort-facilities included.. Suitability: Special Events, Functions , weddings .. location one- AMAZING VIEWS of Western coast Moreton island. VERY CLOSE-WALKING DISTANCE FROM RESORT AND JETTY. Just 250 meters from the only transfers/dolphin feeding jetty on the whole island. Nestled high above resort , but yet closer than all others. Utmost privacy in design and view line. The Dolphin Feeding Experience is NOT included in your booking of this property. This nicely presented home is quite quirky with a feel of beach and Bali inside. There are 2 bedrooms in this property both with queen size beds and built in wardrobes, one of the bedrooms upstairs has an ensuite, plus a double sofa couch in the lounge room. There is a second bathroom downstairs. Great sized lounge room with Balinese furniture and a TV, lounge area opens out on the deck. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, gas stove top/oven, microwave, combined kitchen/dining area. Linen hire is not included, if guests wish to hire sheets, towels, pillowcases and have made beds up prior to arrival, there is an additional fee of $50.00 per person not included in the nightly rates or clean fee.

Beautiful location plenty of place to relax and wind down. Room enough for 2 family’s to share this house. Love being able to use the resort facilities Located up behind the resort the stairs were a bit of a trek not for the faint hearted

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. 3 families with children were comfortable and the layout was perfect. Views are amazing over the bay and everything worked as it should. We will return to this beautiful home. Check in and communication with the host went smoothly.

We all walked through the house and was blown away with how beautiful the home was with amazing views. Will be back.

The only downfall was the downstairs kitchen didn't have any cooking equipment/ utensils etc but otherwise the location was great, not too far from the resort. (i would recommend hiring transfer bus for $20 for luggage) the property manager/ owner was great with communication and the property was clean and big enough for the large group we went with.
