Everything that hikers want. Hot and good showers, laundry machines that work, helpful staff. A fire place for getting cozy. It’s no surprise we meet great people there.

Great location and rooms were comfy.
The lack of cleanliness of the lichen. Staffing was a big problem - we sat outside the kitchen at 5.30pm as it was still closed off. The staff member was trying to clean but they didn't have a clue. We saw them wipe up the floor with a dish towel! She couldn't even load up the paper towels in the ladies bathroom correctly - they were place in vertically!
