Location was good, warm reception staffers, facility very nice, close to the church i visited, easily accessible by vehicle
In total I spent 13 days in the facility - 18-30 August 2026.
I disliked having to call the reception for cleaning of the room, availability of toiletries, change of towels and bedsheets, providing tea items and water - making the basic minimum services available. Management need to invest more in the house-keeping department
Another challenge was the internet unavailability - there was four days in a row without internet and there was no communication from management about the situation.
Also, the issue of not accepting and giving change in foreign currency is not a good pitch for a facility hosting foreign nationals being in the country for the first time. Management need to review this policy.
