the villa was great, the lay out of villa was lovely and spacious, We were family members of 6 adults and three younger folk in Vilamoura to attend a family wedding, the pool was really enjoyed by all
the bed in the downstairs bedroom was Very Squeaky, It was comfortable once you lay still but if one turned or twisted or had to get out of bed during the night it was squeaked. not quite sure if it was the mattress alone or a combination of bed frame +mattress, apart from that everyone was very happy with their stay ,

Location is superb and the villa itself was clean and had all we needed.
The garden furniture really is on its last legs. Two of the chairs were broken and one of the two sunbeds as well. I think for a villa that has four bedrooms and can sleep so many having four sunbeds should be manageable.

Location was spot on for Marina and golf.
Bedrooms were all a good size, clean with plenty of storage place and hangers.
Kitchen was huge with plenty of kit to use if you wanted to cook there.
Pool was small but clean and crisp clean on using it.
Hot water on tap with aircon if you needed it in every bedroom.
Slightly dated decore but clean and spotless on arrival..
10.30 check out was a tad of an issue as we weren't flying until 5pm but I could have booked it for later so will do next time.

Overall this was a perfect location and well laid out. Really some of the traditional touches of the house.
Main bedroom had dirty towels hanging up behind door, and blue bathroom had not been cleaned. Shower was very dirty.
Beds were rock solid! Only one bedroom upstairs had a semi decent mattress.
Would have been helpful to have had some basic amenities like sponge/washing up liquid, salt/pepper. Matches or laugh there for candles. Also need new sun loungers!
