Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Ci ha mostrato tutta la casa e ci ha spiegato con calma come funzionava ogni cosa.
La casa dispone di 2 bagni, di cui uno con doppia doccia e doppio lavabo. Tutte le camere sono dotate di aria condizionata, così come la cucina. Inoltre, c’è una bellissima zona barbecue in giardino.
Garage privato con cancello automatico.
Se non avessimo avuto un altro impegno, saremmo rimasti volentieri ancora qualche giorno. Abbiamo adorato la casa e siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti dell’accoglienza e della disponibilità del proprietario.

Struttura dotata di ampi spazi sia interni che esterni, pulita e confortevole, ci siamo trovati subito bene, anche e soprattutto per l'accoglienza di Raffaele, Host gentilissimo e premuroso, ci ha consigliato vari posti nelle vicinanze per poter mangiare. È compreso l'utilizzo del barbecue in pietra posto in giardino, ad uso esclusivo. Comodo il parcheggio privato davanti all'alloggio, con cancello automatico.
Esperienza da ricordare e da rifare. Consigliatissimo.

Ruhige Lage, Raffaele ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht.

The owner of the Villa Lidia/Attico is rightly proud of the accommodation. We had the 4 bed villa. The bedrooms are a really good size and all the beds made up for us before we got there as we told him how we wanted each room made up as you hire the towels and bedding if you are not bringing your own. The views from the location are spectacular - both the double bedrooms have balconies with seating areas. The windows from the other bedrooms also have good views. All rooms have a tv. There is WIFI available that works really well. We did not have a car so Raffaele picked us up from the rail station which was brilliant and took us back on our last day which was lovely of him and helped us considerably. Lovely garden with BBQ area and seating at the front. You can walk into Minturno from the house - its about 20 -30 mins depending on your pace. There is parking spaces if you do have cars and its all behind electric gates so safe. Air con/heating in the house to cater for what time of year you go. Fabulous size fridge. We cooked and had everything we needed. Fabulous find.
