Good view to the Sea. Sufficient parking slots close to apartment. Living space upstairs very nice, bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs ok. Quiet place. Close enough to beach (although advertised distances are misleading in my opinion, see pictures.)
Lack of Maintenance in apartment. Sunshade of balcony defect and not covering balcony. Almost not usable morning and day. Several items broken (e.g. 2 chairs, handle of balcony door, roller shutter balcony not working, shower holder). And zero reaction to messages in booking.com and also calls. No windows in bathrooms. Distance to beach not correct.

Como sugerencia encolar las patas de las sillas. Uno de los baños con puerta que deja pasar la luz, ello perjudica a quien duerme

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles war sauber, gut eingerichtet und der Blick aufs Meer war toll. Nur wenige Meter zum Strand. Parkplatz vor dem Haus.
