The team was very responsive and helpful when we contacted them.
The digital key access to the property confused me. I didn't understand that I had to click through all of the links on the email to find out which apartment in the block was ours. It would have been helpful to know this beforehand.

Very helpful that luggage storage was available at the hotel
Not much. Would have been handy if there was a washing machine. Just a suggestion to include a box of tissues & a long floor mirror (for getting ready to go out)☺️

Tudo estava muito limpo e o apartamento é super aconchehante e fica numa ótima localização! Fomos recebidas super bem, com balinhas e uma carta de boas vindas. Super cuidadosos com os hospedes. Quando voltar para a cidade, quero ficar novamente nesse hospedagem

El orden, limpieza, el mobiliario
El ruido del vecindario, los vecinos ha lan duro se escucha todo, ladrido de perros toda la noche hasta largas horas de la madrugada. Sería bueno que cambiaran las ventanas por aquellas que aíslan el ruido exterior.
