Очень уютная и комфортная квартира, есть всё необходимое: полотенца, постельное бельё, утюг, фен, туалетная бумага, средства для душа и даже стиральный порошок. Большая удобная кровать и просторный балкон. Очень приветливый хозяин — встретил, всё объяснил и показал, всегда был на связи. Я оставалась на четыре дня и осталась очень довольна, с удовольствием остановлюсь здесь ещё раз и на более длительный срок. Отличное соотношение цены и качества, удобный район: рядом в пешей доступности магазины, обменник и всё необходимое. Однозначно рекомендую эту квартиру — можно спокойно отдыхать и наслаждаться Ереваном!

Несмотря на поздний заезд (после 11 вечера), нас дружелюбно встретили, передали ключи и проводили в квартиру. Хозяева очень отзывчивые и гостеприимные! В квартире есть абсолютно всё, что нужно для комфортного проживания, включая кофе и чай, как в гостинице :-D

A very comfortable flat with balcony, nice and clean. Ideal for two people. The kitchen has microwave oven and a gas stove, there's also a refrigerator and a washing machine. The room has a good double bed and A/C unit. No ants, no cockroaches, new bed sheets. Flat owners were very hospitable, it was very easy to communicate with them.
