The room was spotlessly clean, exceptional lighting and decor. Max couldn’t be any more helpful and friendly. Good air-con with plenty of fixed fans. Lots of coffee and coffee mate provided along with microwave and large refrigerator full of bottles of water.
Fantastic location for beach and amenities. Max has just re-started his barbershop and I recommend him for your haircut. The bed was extremely comfortable.

Second time I stayed with Max. Great location with two 7/11 shops 30 m away. Immaculately clean spaces, tastefully decorated and comfortable bed to sleep in, large tv with internet and netflix. Max is a great host and now has a barber shop now downstairs and offers haircuts and shaving. There is a foodstall offering tasty traditional Thai and western dishes opposite and many others to eat in with vey affordable cost. There is a pizza restaurant next door.. Beach is only 50m away.. Those requiring extendension to visa, there is immigration office just 50 m away. Even though in central Jomtien it is quiet place to sleep in.

The room was tasefully decorated from abient lighting, fans, microwave, cutlery and crockery. There was ample supply of drinking water and coffee. The host assisted with info on the local transport and the location was very central, right on the beach, close to restaurants etc. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great with eough pressure.
