Mooi heel ruim en netjes appartement , echter wel wat weinig dag licht en de woning erboven geeft veel geluidsoverlast

Vooral Het geluids overlast van de woning er boven van de eigenaar . Je hoort de hele tijd het heen en weer lopen . We werden er oa wakker van ‘s morgens vroeg Vond ik echt storend zo gehorig

De omgeving

Al bij het binnen komen een verschrikkelijke muffe geur. Er stond nog vuile vaat in de vaatwasser. Overal waren er spinnennetten, de bestekschuif en de oven waren ronduit smerig. In de grote slaapkamer was er niets berging. Alle kasten lagen vol met lakens en handdoeken gelukkig wel proper maar volgepropt en er ingesmeten. In de kleine slaapkamer wel een kleerkast maar ik heb er mijn kleren niet durven inleggen. Bij de brandveiligheid ( elektriciteit)hebben we toch wel onze bedenkingen. Waterbed viel beter mee dan de eerste indruk al is het goedkope rommel. Overal in de tuin rommel, een vuil vodje over de regenton een snoeischaar vuiler natte handschoen lagen verspreid over de tuin gewoon verschrikkelijk. Tuinpad en terras vol onkruid tussen de stenen. Begrijp niet dat deze accommodatie een hoge score krijgt.
