Villa sale et mal entretenue

L'emplacement

La villa est jolie mais très mal entretenue. Elle était sale à notre arrivée, odeurs des égouts, matelas sont sales et inconfortables, et la maison paraît très usée. Aucun article de base (savon, papier toilette, etc.) n’était fourni. Dommage, car avec un minimum d’entretien elle pourrait être superbe.

Tunesische Standards!

Der Kontakt vorab, war sehr gut, deshalb sind wir auch sehr positiv in diesen Urlaub gefahren. Es gab W-Lan!

Uns wurde 13 Uhr als Anreise Zeitpunkt mitgeteilt, als wir dann dort waren, hieß es, die Vormieter gehen erst um 14 Uhr, wir hatten 6 Stunden Fahrt hinter uns....! Dann musste erst geputzt werden und wir konnten erst gegen. 16.30 Uhr das Haus beziehen. Das war schon enttäuschend. Der Vermieter den wir nur über WhatsApp kontaktieren konnten, bot uns an, dass wir am Abreisetag einfach so lange im Haus bleiben konnten wir wir wollten. Dies nahmen wir an und einigend uns mit dem Herrn vor Ort auf 16 Uhr. Beim Beziehen haben wir dann festgestellt, dass nicht genügend Handtücher oder Geschirrtücher zur Verfügung standen (2 große Badehandtücher, 1 Geschirrtuch und 2 Handtücher, für 5 Personen!!!) Die Liegen am Pool sahen verdreckt aus. Das Haus war sicher mal richtig schön,jedoch sollte hier wieder investiert werden. Die Türe im unteren Schlafzimmer fehlten die Griffe, Schubladenblenden fehlten, das Geschirr in den Schränken war schmutzig, hinterm Haus war es verdreckt, Defekte Türgriffe lagen einfach im Garten herum, abschreckend. Der Pool war sehr verdreckt, vermutlich von den Vorgängern, hier kam dann spätabends noch der Pooltechniker, der sich bemühte ihn sauber zu bekommen, bis zum morgen hatte sich aber auch wieder jede Menge Dreck angesammelt. Das Zugangstor zum Haus, war komplett kaputt und sollte eigentlich während unseres Aufenthalts repariert werden, was nicht geschah! Man musste es von Hand hin und her tragen. Am Abreisetag bekamen wir dann einen Anruf vom Herrn vor Ort, dass wir bitte doch früher raus sollten. Da gesetzlich die Regel besteht, dass das Haus eine Stunde vor der Bezugszeit verlassen werden musste... blablabla. Was ein hin und her. Der Vermieter meldete sich erst wieder auf unsere Nachrichten, als wir schon ausgezogen waren. Sehr frech! Hier bot er uns dann an, wenn wir noch auf Djerba wären, könnten wir am 07.09., für die ganzen Unannehmlichkeiten, nochmal eine Nacht nutzen, das Haus wäre frei!

J’ai beaucoup apprécié la propreté de la villa, la piscine bien entretenue, ainsi que la tranquillité des lieux. La villa est spacieuse et équipée de tout le nécessaire pour un séjour agréable. L’emplacement est également parfait pour explorer l’île de Djerba.
