Kalandara Resort Lombok

Absolutely amazing stay! Everything about this hotel was just perfect. The room was beautiful, and the view was absolutely breathtaking! The service was outstanding from start to finish. Every single staff member was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, and we felt so well taken care of throughout our entire stay. The restaurant was fantastic, the food was delicious, and the breakfast was excellent with everything you could wish for. The whole atmosphere was just wonderful, and every little detail made our stay even more special. We loved every minute of our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!

The rooms had everything you could want and more. There was a Bluetooth speaker, sun hats, flip flops & all toiletries that you could need. The room was immaculate & the bed was incredibly comfortable.

You could hear the noise from the road below whilst in the outside space of the room. There was also a call to prayer from a local mosque at 4:30am, which woke us, but the hotel did provide ear plugs for anyone wanting to use them.

Amazing, beautiful, crazy views and overall amazing resort. My wife and I definitely enjoyed staying here as part of our honeymoon. The staff were amazing, always smiles, always friendly. So recommended as a place to stay for sure

Bbe prepared for crazy amounts of noise coming from the many nearby mosques. And they're not just doing a quick call to prayer either, full on blast 20-30 minutes usually, the most annoying one being at 4:30 in the morning. Not something the resort can help though, and once notified they gave another type of earplugs that worked very well. I recommend requesting this at check in. The reason I give it a 8.0 and not a 9.0 or 10.0 is that you're already spending a very significant amount per night, that everything (and I mean everything) needs to be so crazy expensive, especially compared to what is provided and knowing how Lombok prices are. I am talking about asking 1.6 million rupiah (80eu) for doing a bit of laundry. Or almost 4 million (200eu) for tours that you could organise (or book) for half the money.

The view was amazing from the villa

Pool isn’t actually private as people can easily see you from the other villa pools, so that was disappointing, plus the shower had an issue when it’s windy the curtain would keep opening exposing the person showering to the pool patio area.. they put a temporary fix when we asked them after the issue happened. The reception staff were a bit slow/non responsive to some things like booking massages which was disappointing as we weren’t able to use their spa during our stay
