Breakfast and location were excellent
The lifts were too small to accommodate our children’s stroller. Consequently, we were forced to fold it or request reception to store it. The room’s televisions were low-quality Chinese models that did not support applications such as YouTube. For a hotel of this calibre, it is imperative that they prioritise providing high-quality products in their rooms rather than substandard electronics.

A nice clean hotel
Rubbish staff. I asked for a bottle water and they told that, since you’re checking out today. We can’t give you water. This was 6 o’clock in morning- seriously, is this 4 star hotel. Never again
