Too much money for nothing...

No aircondition, upwarmed floors in the entrance, though it was 31 degrees outside, is was NOT OK! 26-28C´´ inside at night. No Open doors: neighbors could/was looking inside at all time. No privacy on balcony at all! Some furniture was obvious pretty old. Not recommendable!
