Location was very good, it was quiet, nice private parking.
It’s not very modern inside the family suite with two bedrooms.
The beds quite hard, no mattress toppers.

It looks beautiful with all the flowers all over. Clean and no funny smells. It has a huge breakfast salon and 2 BBQ areas, seating space i doors and outdoors, a bit steep to walk up but is good exercise and is quiet being where it is

No kettle in the room but a few glasses available
Shower missing a door so we flood every time
No air con
Wi fi available but not possible to connect in reality so we used all our rooming allowance in 2 days
The bed was the worse shape as gave us neck pain every day

On the positive side, the rooms were warm, hot water was consistently available, and the location is convenient, being close to the main points of interest.
The property did not fully meet the expectations created by its 4-star rating on Booking and felt closer to a 3-star standard (as per the documents from the reception area, this is a 3 star not a 4 star property)
The rooms we received were different from those shown in the photos on the platform, which was disappointing. In addition, one of the rooms had a strong sewage smell. The bed linen appeared worn and pilled, and the towels were quite rough.
