Every thing was good except the bed

الاثاث متهالك. باب الشاور مكسور. الحمام فيه رائحه مزعجه مزعجه. وقت الوصول طلبت تمديد. الخروج بعد ال12 والموظفه. وافقت. لكن بوقت الخروج قفلو على اغراضنا الغرف ا وانا بالعمل. يتصلون خلاص شيك اوت. شي مزعج

Все отлично, но надо бы проверять наличие всего в комнатах заранее.

Очень красивый интерьер и отличный персонал!!!

На 2 человек был 1 шампунь гель и кондиционер, в комнате был огромный жук рож кроватью, нас было 6 а стаканов для кофе 3 и кофе было мало (5 штук на 6 ых) , также в одной из вааных комнат шла холодная вода. Но персонал был очень вежливый и все сразу принесли/

Great place, recommended specially for families.

Great hotel and resort rooms are very clean and the staff are very friendly. The resort village has some coffee shops, restaurants and some stores. A small mall with supermarket is next to the resort and u can access it. The resort is very family friendly.

الأشجار والتنسيق الجميل وسع الشقة والغرف والأسرة مريحة الممرات في الخارج ديكوراتها جميلة وخاصة ممر المضلات المطاعم طيبة وطعمها لذيذ خاصة مطعم جواهر الإيراني والكفيات متنوعة ويوجد مول وكارفور مايحتاج تتعب نفسك تعال بملابسك واشترى من هناك ومسابح عامه تطل عليها كل الغرف تقريباً وجود سيارات القولف تنقلك من مكان لمكان داخل المنتجع كان لايوجد سكان كثير ولا إزعاج ولا مناظر خادشة في المسبح لأن الجو كان بارد

لايوجد اصنصير درج لايوجد في المطبخ أباريق لصنع الشاهي استخدمنا القدر

All good and happy but studio rooms need a table to eat

Everything is good, the staff housekeeping and reception especially ayman and the night guy he's friendly

studio room has no dining table, i hope management will correct this mistake

Overall really nice quiet family place to stay.good location next to the mall

The apartment was very spacious and clean

I had to request for kitchen utensils and there were no instructions on how to use the hob.

Below standard - would not recommend

The fact that I had to pay 200 aed deposit when I checked in, however was not mentioned at all when I made the booking. Was just announced when i checked in. I have no issue with the deposit but guests should be notified beforehand. Also, the deposit has still not been refunded to my card. The room needed maintenance. Fridge was not working, leaked all over the floor and o had to use all the bath towels to clean. Water heater was off when I got there which is fine to save electricity but I wanted to shower after the long day and 3 hours after switching on the heater, it was still luke warm.

Title: A Comfortable Stay with Great Amenities at Al Seef Resort I recently stayed at the Al Seef Resort in Abu Dhabi, and I must say it was a remarkable experience overall. The room we stayed in was spacious, offering ample room for both myself and my 9-year-old son. The queen-size bed was extremely comfortable, and the air conditioning worked impeccably. The housekeeping staff made sure to maintain the room's cleanliness, making the bed daily and promptly replenishing amenities when needed. One of the most advantageous aspects of the resort was its proximity to our primary destination, the Jiu Jitsu competition, which was only 6km away. The convenience of reaching there via Uber, at a reasonable cost of around 35-40 AED (15-17 AUD), made our commute hassle-free. Moreover, the adjacency to the Al Seef Mall proved to be highly convenient, offering additional dining and shopping options. The resort's swimming pool was a definite highlight, especially considering the scorching weather. The availability of a heated pool was a pleasant surprise, and the provision of separate beach towels within the pool area was a thoughtful touch. The fully equipped gym at the resort, furnished with top-notch Italian TechnoGym equipment, was an absolute delight. It perfectly aligned with our purpose of being there for the Jiu Jitsu competition, allowing us to maintain our fitness routines effortlessly. While we didn't dine at any of the resort's restaurants due to their relatively high prices, the proximity to the Al Seef Mall provided us with various affordable dining options. I highly recommend the pizza place in the mall, where we relished the delicious chicken Biryani and pizzas at pocket-friendly prices. Additionally, the resort houses the fascinating Boomah Cafe, a unique spot featuring a room with live Owls for a fee. It was an extraordinary experience to be in the presence of these beautiful birds.

While my stay at the Al Seef Resort in Abu Dhabi was largely positive, there were a couple of aspects that could be improved to enhance the overall experience. The first concern was regarding the bathroom setup. The shower being within a tub presented an issue as water tended to leak out onto the bathroom floor, causing inconvenience during and after each shower. This design flaw made the bathroom experience less pleasant than expected. The absence of an in-house laundry facility at the resort was another downside. The only laundry service available was located at the Al Seef Mall, and the turnaround time for a wash stretched up to 2-3 days. It would be highly beneficial if the resort could consider investing in a coin-operated laundry area on-site. This would not only provide a more convenient and quicker laundry solution for guests but also enhance the overall guest experience.

Great place to stay, and closest to all attractions.

I place was amazing. The staff was very kind. They helped me for booking taxi for airport. They guided me how I can explore Abu Dhabi by free bus service. The place was clean and quiet. There were great cafes and restaurant. I remember Gangandeep, he was so kind. He helped me finding my way and also helped me to create a short video. Overall my stay was relaxing and great. I really loved the fresh green apples from garden. Thank you!!

One thing that bothered me was I had to walk from E8 to reception. haha, Rest everything was so great!! Well at the time of check out the staff came to pick me up so there were no problem. It was all nice. Thank you.

Nice hotel away from downtown

The staff, the village-like layout, the large space in the apartment, the pool, the menu at the restaurant (Sanderson's), the small attached mall with Carrefour and Starbucks

The noise in the "streets" between the blocks would wake us up in the mornings. One night at 2am I had to go outside and ask another guest to have his phone conversation inside his apartment rather than on his rooftop patio.

I’m a regular guest, asking me for a missing bottle of lotion upon check out is very annoying.

Friendly front liners, especially Mr. Ayyoub in the reception.

The crew are asking me for the missing bottle of lotion upon check out. Yet, we don’t have it in the Master’s Bed Room when we accommodate. Your house keeping must double check every little thing before the guest allow to come into the room. Upon check in, the guest cannot able to check what is available and not available in the room. It’s house keeping team responsibility to make sure that every thing is in place before letting the guest to come in.

The room is really spacious. Great for bug groups.

There are some mosquitoes and kids had some mosquito bites. The pool opens late during summer. 9am is too late during this scorching summer heat.
