I loved my stay at 9h Ningyocho! The location was convenient with the train stations, restaurant, laundromat and convenience stores nearby! The staff were friendly and helpful, and I felt so safe as a solo female traveller. I would definitely book again.
The only downside was not being able to access the property from 11am-3pm. But, this wasn’t really much of an issue as you spend most of your day exploring Tokyo.

One of Tokyo's many capsule hotels! The capsules are a good size, but there are lots of people in the room/floor so you can hear everyone. The doors were very quiet though. The bathroom floor is amazing, lots of really good showers and sink spaces etc. You get a very reasonable size locker too which is amazing and you are provided with slippers and pajamas if you need them. It is a self check-in process with a machine, but staff are around if you need help.
There is no sound-proofing in the capsules and lots of people in the room so you can hear people going to bed/getting up/ snoring etc.

super uncomfortable pillow, restrooms weren’t that nice and showers were 5 floors down which was super inconvenient
