The staff was very helpful and spoke enough English to help me get by, even when I tried to use as much Japanese as possible. The room was kept very clean and in a pretty nice area with lots of places to eat and drink. Access to the train station was a couple minutes walk to the Hibiya Line, the Hanzomon Line, and the Toei Line. The breakfast was excellent; I had opted for the breakfast tickets, which allowed me to pick a meal from their restaurant on the first floor (I had chosen the Hitsumabushi meal for my first breakfast and the sashimi meal for my last breakfast). Both options were delicious, and there is a third western-style breakfast for those with a limited palette.
The room was pretty small, but for a solo traveler I didn’t mind since my luggage was what took up the most space.
Upon leaving you also have the option to have the staff call a taxi for you (in case you’re like me and bought too much to carry throughout the subway).
