Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura due volte nell’arco degli ultimi 15 giorni, mentre nostra figlia vi era già stata nel 2024. Siamo tutti estremamente soddisfatti: la struttura è pulita, accogliente e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. La colazione è buona e offre un’ampia scelta.
Un ringraziamento particolare va al personale, sempre gentile, disponibile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Avevamo bisogno di assistenza con una spedizione e ci hanno aiutato con grande cortesia, occupandosi di ritirare il pacco.

Fantastic location and a great base for exploring the neighbouring area. Good value for money and clean facilities
An earthquake happened when we were there and we received no guidance from the hotel staff. I know that earthquakes are a pretty common occurrence for people in Japan, but it's quite an unsettling experience for travellers, so some help and suggestions would have been much appreciated

It is very well located close to several metro lines. Also a few restaurants around. It has good amenities. It does luggage forwarding and staff is nice.
The room was extremely small with barely any space to move.
