Very convenient location, just one minute from Kayabachō Sta. and can reach the 2 airports HND & NRT in the same metro line.
Nice & friendly staff, easy check in & check out, Quiet, clean & comfort room. The single room is comparatively big for hotel in Japan big city,
The common area on G/F provide tea, coffee & water till 2400 which is very good.
I arrived the hotel quite late after 2300 , convenience store was my only option for dinner.
There are a few of them nearby and microwave in the common area that I could had some hot meal on a cool rainy night in the hotel.
Plus , the breakfast are really really good , butter croissant & corn porridge are very yummy.
I will probably stay here again when i back to tokyo next time.🤗
NO. it's all good.

The accommodation is very well located next to the Kayabacho metro station. While the variety at breakfast is small, the onigiris are fresh and delicious - completely enough to start the day. The staff is kind and helpful.
The bed is surprisingly hard. While it was still comfortable for me, my mother found it difficult to sleep. Also, the dining area is small, but it's possible to take up the breakfast on a tray.

その週気温が低く、エアコンを付ける事になり，つけた瞬間吹き出し口より出てくる臭いが気になりました。
