Newly renovated small appartment, very nice and clean.Convenient location In walking distance to the linz city.parking also a not a big issue.we are personally recommending this place who visiting in linz city.
as they described there is'nt a washing machine in the appartment but it's not a big issue for us in our visit to linz..to find the street parking also can be a difficult but at the time of our visit it's not a big problem.

Sehr zentral gelegen, das Zentrum von Linz ist fussläufig erreichbar.
Ein tolles bequemes Boxspringbett👍
Gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile; Kaffeekapsel waren ausreichend vorhanden👍
Leider liegt das Rudolfquartier direkt an einer vielbefahrenen Straße, sodass es unmöglich ist, mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen.
Die derzeitige Hitze hat das schlafen etwas schwierig gestaltet. Aber da kann der Vermieter auch nichts machen😉der vorhandene Ventilator hat keine Abkühlung gebracht.

The ground floor location on a busy junction with traffic lights made it either very hot and airless (with the windows closed) or very noisy with car fumes (with the windows open).
I don’t recall any of this being mentioned in the description.
Overall, a big disappointment.
