The hotel is beautiful. We had a very positive experience with the staff - Maria in particular has been extremely helpful. We got a lot of useful tips for arranging the Rosario Island trip and answers to any other queries we had. The room was spacious and well air conditioned, which was much needed in the heat and humidity of Cartagena. The breakfasts are delicious and the location of the hotel is super convenient.
The swimming pool is meant to be open between 8am and 6pm but on a couple of occasions we found it closed already around 5pm. The pool is also very small - we were lucky to use it when there was no one around but with more guests it would be hard to use the facilities.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was well cleaned and turn down service each day.
The hotel has nice decor but not confortable spaces, there is no real communal space to use, the roof terrace is very small and not open before 9am. The rooms have limited space.
