Everything! All staff were so very friendly. Place was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was delicious. Enough choices for everyone. Delivered hot and fresh. Rooms cleaned daily, fresh towels and cold water. Infinity pool was welcoming and peaceful. The lady in charge gave excellent service woth her advice of places to visit...we did and we weren't disappointed. They even organised our taxis to and from places. Highly recommended. Thankyou The Room 😃

The owner and staff went out of their way to help and support us when my Mom died in South Africa while we were staying at the resort. They even send me flowers and a card and our meals to our room. They were wonderful, especially the owner Rita and manager, Annie. The resort is so central and right opposite Padang Beach. I would highly recommend them.
