Le Cliff is a truly unique place to stay. Sleeping literally on the edge of the cliffs with the ocean beneath you is an experience I'll never forget. The views are spectacular, and hearing the waves all day and night creates such a peaceful atmosphere.
The rooms are simple but comfortable, and that's part of the charm. It's all about the location and the incredible setting. Perfect for surfers and anyone wanting a quiet escape away from busy resorts.
A special place with unforgettable views—I would definitely return.
The only small downside was the monkeys, who can be quite cheeky, so you need to keep doors and belongings secure. That's part of staying on the cliffs, though, and didn't take away from the experience.

It was really awesome. I loved every moment because it was so beautiful. They were the steps which I had expected. I didn’t think it was a bit pricey for Bali.
It was just perfect for what I needed, which was a total getaway to feel close to the ocean

The price was right.
Good for a solo adventurer
When booking the hotel there was NO mention of 250 uneven stairs to get down to the room. Nor mention of monkeys getting into your room.
So it was false advertising.
The hotel is called Le Cliff. Which makes it sound like you are at the top of a cliff.
Not at the bottom of the cliff. It should be called Le Cave.
The room was very small, very hot and it didn’t feel all that secure.
If I had been booking for anyone with any slight mobility issues - it would have been disastrous.
