The hosts are very friendly, welcoming and attentive. Spacious room with two windows plus one in the bathroom - good ventilation and plenty of natural light. Very nice interior throughout the house. Quiet location, no street noise. There is a desk, chair and desk lamp in the room which is convenient if you need to work on a laptop. Shared kitchen downstairs.
Food options within walking distance - a busy intersection nearby has a shop and several street restaurants with cheap decent food, and you can buy water literally twenty meters from the house.
Good area for walking: a canal path leads to the big Go supermarket in one direction and two parks with forest in the other.
For longer walks, you can go uphill through Du Sinh Cemetery there are a long trail to the highest point in the area and then down to the big lake Hồ Tuyền Lâm (about 15 km one way), or take the road past the war memorial cemetery Nghĩa Trang Liệt Sỹ Đà Lạt into the pine forest and hills - beautiful forests, hills, views, lots of roads and trails (10–15 km one way).

Anh chị chủ nhà dễ thương cực, chị chủ là giáo viên mầm non nên nhà siêu sạch sẽ. Gia đình mình ở phòng 3 người tầng 1 mà cực rộng, sạch, thoáng. Nếu có dịp đến Đà Lạt chắc chắn sẽ ở chỗ này (nếu còn phòng). Lúc về anh chủ nhà còn tặng ít kie lan Cẩm Cù về chăm!
